Tehran is willing to reinitiate atomic negotiations with Washington provided that it is handled with "respect" and "respect", Iran's foreign minister has announced.

Afterward, European countries employed their privilege to reimpose international penalties, but Iran asserts they have not had a substantial consequence.

Perfect Agreement Proposed

Iran's diplomats said they felt they had achieved a "perfect agreement" to the enrichment issue in previous talks, when it was settled an domestic cooperative with American involvement could enrich uranium.
