Liverpool's Star Offers Apology to Squad, Discloses Curtis Jones
Curtis Jones has disclosed that Mohamed Salah apologised to the entire Liverpool squad in the wake of the fallout from his public comments.

He was omitted from a vital match after voicing frustrations and claiming his connection to the head coach had broken down.
“Salah is an individual and he can say his own stuff,” Jones told Sky Sports. “His apology was clear and was like: ‘Should anyone feel slighted, please accept my apology.’”
The head coach has previously declined to disclose on whether he got an explanation from the 33-year-old forward.
Moving Forward
He emphasized that the squad's reaction remained positive. “He was the exact same Mo, he had a big smile on his face and everybody was exactly the same with him,” the midfielder explained.
He also implied that a teammate fighting for a place is preferable. “It's clear there are certain ways you can go about things,” he said. “However, if a player is content to just sit out, then I think that’s more of an issue.”
Positive Results
Liverpool's form have been impressive in the period after the initial controversy. He feels the Salah's words were not designed to cause disruption.
“In moments of frustration, it’s always been from a place of caring,” the midfielder stated. “That chapter is closed and we’re uniting strongly, getting results and securing victories.”
